Yin Yoga *new!*

 |
You may have heard of the ancient concepts of yin and yang – forces which apply to all opposites; from cold and hot, to calm and excited.
Many of us veer towards Yang, living each day in the fast lane. The same can be said our yoga practice, which often focuses on creating heat and energy to achieve better muscle strength and flexibility.
By concentrating on long holds, Yin Yoga delves deep into the body’s connective tissue, the very “shrink wrap” around our joints that often feels impossible to lengthen.
Adding a little Yin to your week not only provides the perfect compliment to a dynamic practice, it will also serve to add a little balance to your life!
