The sequencing of the postures allows you to flow smoothly through the routine reaping benefits of yoga such as toning & increasing flexibility in the body.

    Jivamukti Yoga classes are physically challenging and intellectually stimulating. Classes are comprised of flowing sequences which are linked to the breath and accompanied by music. Classes also include mediation and breathing exercises.
    This class is only for students with "previous" Yoga experience, it is not a beginners class.

    Yin Yang Yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yin and Yang styles of yoga. A more active, dynamic, Yang style of vinyasa will follow, strengthening and invigorating the body and mind.

    This short 45 minute class is designed to awaken the body midday especially for those who have been at work behind a desk all morning. The practice is flowing & cardio based with a fair amount of hip & shoulder openers & an emphasis on correct alignment to combat the negative aspects of working behind a desk & to bring movement to an otherwise static day. Come prepared for a good work out & to switch off for 45 minutes in the middle of the working day.

    Prenatal Yoga strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, increases flexibility, balance, and coordination, improves circulation, aids in digestion, and exercises the spine, thus alleviating many common discomforts. Our class is specially designed for all stages of your pregnancy, with special modifications for each trimester. NOTE: students should be past their first trimester before joining a prenatal class.
