    Alexandra has been teaching internationally since 2004, leading retreats and teaching Teacher Training programmes in Australia. She is honoured to have studied with some of the world’s leading teachers such as Cyndi Lee, Donna Farhi and Sharon Gannon & David Life. Through her friendly and welcoming approach, she aims to guide students of all levels through a creative, dynamic vinyasa practice that harnesses the power of the breath in order to allow each individual’s practice to gracefully unfold.

    Amelia is an experienced yogi with a love of Vinyasa flow & the journey of evolving yoga focusing on calm, power & precision. She qualified in London & embraces the teachings of Vinyasa flow, Hatha & recently qualifying to teach prenatal yoga. Amelia’s lessons follow a wonderful combination of flowing asanas, breathing techniques, beautiful music & gentle instruction, allowing the body to move freely & the heart to be open to new experiences.

    Bahar discovered Pilates 6 years ago in her home country Turkey. Her passion especially for Reformer has grown throughout her regular and dedicated personal trainings. Short after she moved to Dubai, her enthusiasm for practicing Pilates led her to Zen Yoga. Bahar has completed Balanced Body University Pilates Instructor Training Programs at Zen Yoga both for Mat and Reformer. Since then she has been an instructor at Zen Yoga teaching Reformer and Mat classes.

    Caroline Leon from Australia has been living in Dubai for over 3 years. Whilst completing a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Anatomy & Physiology Caroline began her Pilates training with the founder & director of Pilates Moves, Helen Tardent. In a two year mentorship program Caroline attained a Full Pilates certification including all the original Pilates equipment as well as a Pathology & Conditioning course & Neuro-liguistics Programming (NLP).

    Cheryl first found yoga at 16 & quickly developed a passion for the practice. She has trained with Yoga Arts & is a 500hr+ registered teacher with the international Yoga Alliance. Cheryl also took her pre-natal yoga in 2009 & Kid’s Yoga training in 2010. Cheryl has been with Zen since March 2008 & teaches Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga. She loves to add an element of fun to her classes, encouraging students to laugh & enjoy their yoga practice.

    Christine has had a passion for yoga since she was a science education student. Interested in yoga for healing, she is certified in Hatha & Prenatal yoga from Paul Jerald RYT-500 Yoga Alliance & Vinyasa yoga from Sadie Nardini. Also certified in Mat Pilates from Expert Pilates & Meditation from Anmol Metah, a Kundalini master, she believes that by combining yoga with Pilates & meditation, greater balance, flexibility, & inner peace can be achieved.

A trip to Yoga Thail& made her decide to take the Yoga Alliance 200 hour instructor's course in Vinyasa Flow. She now balances teaching group fitness with working full time for Microsoft. She is passionate about helping people find a positive work life balance.

    Delia Tate began teaching mat pilates at Zen towards the end of last year. Started doing pilates in 2003 and became addicted after it seemed to rid me of debilitating cervical and upper thoracic spine pain and stiffness which I had suffered from ever since I was a teen. I have came across some wonderful instructors including Jill Trevethan, Sarah Noble and Laura Weston. I graduated from the Q.U.T. in Australia in 1985 with a B.A. Ap Sc in Diagnostic Radiography and have worked in the health care industry for many years.
