OUR POLICIES:

Reservations: Due to popularity, please note that in case of no-shows and non-cancellation, all reservations for morning (7am and 8am) classes and reformer classes will be deducted as a class from relevant packages.

Booking requirements: Our classes can be very popular, and we may not always have space for everyone that comes, therefore if you book for a desired class ahead of time (either online or by calling any of our studios), you are guaranteed a space. Please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your place may be given to another client. If you do not book prior to a class, kindly be advised that your name will be put on a waiting list.

Class Entry: Please be aware that in order to ensure highest satisfaction at yoga classes, students will not be permitted to enter classes if they are more than 10 minutes late.

BEFORE COMING TO CLASS

Zen Yoga is excited to have you join us!

If you are new to yoga, please take the time to visit the "introduction to yoga" section of our website for helpful tips and information.

Kindly arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes before class starts. If this is your first time coming to Zen Yoga, please allow an additional 10 minutes for quick registration.

Please check-in with the receptionist before every class session you attend.

Yoga mats are provided for your use or available for purchase at our gift shop.

Please note that all Zen Yoga studios are equipped with clean and spacious locker rooms and showers, making it convenient to come to the studio before or after work, or even during lunch time to attend a Power Lunch session.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and practice in bare feet. Please do not wear perfume and if possible, please consider eating only raw complex carbohydrates or meal replacements one to two hours prior to starting your class. Be hydrated coming into class - water and powerdrinks are also available at the front desk.
