    Handstand and Inversion Workshops Here is a workshop to turn your world upside-down and help you build up your strength and confidence in inversions. We will warm up with asana and then learn physical preparations for handstanding and inversions which includevital arm and core strengthening techniques or ‘tightness drills’. We will explore different ways into more common inversions such as headstand, alignment in inversions, inversion practice with partners and then tuning techniques for getting your handstand feeling fabulous! We will then finish with some much needed hand and arm massage to relax. This workshop is fun and fiery and great for yogis

    YogaWorks Teacher Training will also study anatomy and physiology, learn the names of the yoga postures in Sanskrit, explore yoga’s philosophical backbone – the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – investigate Subtle Body and Ayurvedic Science, as well as practice meditation and pranayama.
