Sarah

Sarah studied with STOTT Pilates & gained a Pilates qualification that aided in her practice as a Sports Therapist. She developed her Pilates skills to include the Reformer & a number of Pilates based equipment disciplines. She is currently a full time Pilates Instructor & Studio Manager at Zen Yoga. Sarah has a deep rooted love for ZenYoga and all who work with her, appreciating and being thankful everyday for how wonderful her work environment is.

April

April Cecilia Macali is the youngest in a brood of three and the only girl, “Daddy’s Little Girl”. She grew up and studied in her native land, the Philippines. April has an extremely happy disposition and is a bubbly, outgoing person, which are some of the main factors in making her a widely loved receptionist and an asset to ZenYoga. She takes great pride in her job at ZenYoga and it shows in all she does.

Helen

Helen hails from the Philippines and has been with ZenYoga since she arrived in Dubai over 3 years ago. She loves her job and feels that the multicultural environment she is in everyday has helped her grow as a person. Helen has been practising Yoga since she joined the company and believes it helps her gain a balance both physically and mentally. She is mother to has 2 beautiful children, Svetlana Hadrienne and Ysaye Justine. Helen has grown so much in her role a ZenYoga and handles the busiest studio as if it was the quietest. Her dedication and loyalty are invaluable.

Mildred

Mildred is from the Philippines and is mom to 2 wonderful children, Matthew Ray and Kareen Cassandra. She has been with ZenYoga for 3 years now and enjoys her job tremendously. At Zenyoga, Mildred has discovered that people from all walks of life can come together with one aim or goal: to be fit, balanced and healthy in both mind and body. Her own Yoga practise has grown tremendously and she attends classes 2 - 3 times per week. Here dedication and devotion to her job is evident in all she does and we appreciate her tremendously.

Pearl

Being an only child does not prevent Eden Pearl Malata from enjoying interacting with people. Coming from a close-knit clan in the idyllic city of Bacolod, the Philippines, she grew up amongst a dozen cousins. Thus, Inday Pearl, as she is fondly called by close friends and family, values the importance of trust, sharing and caring as key pillars in forging relationships. With these, working as a receptionist at ZenYoga is like fish in water for Eden Pearl because she enjoys being of service to other people. So the next time you see somebody with a smiling face and a warm welcoming personality greeting you at ZenYoga, you know you will be in good hands.

Sigrid

Sigrid comes from a beautiful city in the Philippines, called Bacolod, meaning the the City of Smiles. The eldest of 4 siblings, Sigrid grew up to be responsible and hardworking. She loves and enjoys working with people. Sigrid is new to Dubai and is the latest addition to the ZenYoga Receptionist Team. In her search for balance in her new life, she has found her place with Zen Yoga, which she is very excited about. This is a new journey that she is ready to undertake with her newly found family here in Dubai, her ZenYoga family
